How will ACI Solutions protect your data?

Protecting your digital data is one of our top priorities (right behind finding you easy-to-use software solutions your entire team will enjoy working with.)


With our managed back-up services, you won’t need to remember to run updates, scans, or create master copies of databases. We do it for you automatically.


We offer backup deployment and configuration, as well as performance monitoring and software updates. Back-up jobs are routinely scheduled, too. Each of our back-ups will run in the background without disrupting your daily processes.

How does ACI Solutions offer online and offsite support?

ACI Solutions offers both onsite and online support around the clock.  Our constant monitoring keeps an eye on all aspects of your IT services, including drive space, asset inventory, applications, databases, and websites. For more technical users, please contact us with additional questions.


For clients that prefer a more personal touch, monthly onsite hours are available for a covered system. Of course, we offer remote service during business hours which may be reached via telephone, email, or live chat on our website.


We also provide monthly network summary reports, quarterly executive reports, and annual technology planning designed to protect and enhance your systems and hardware like firewalls, virtual private networks (VPNs), and routers. This is in addition to maintaining an active and agile digital recovery plan.


With all of these supports in place, it is impossible to exhaust our abilities to protect and safeguard your software, hardware, and customers. However, you should also keep in mind that when you work with ACI Solutions, you will have a dedicated project team. Please address any additional customer service questions to them directly so that we can best accommodate your IT needs.

Is the quality of calls impaired using a VoIP system?

No. Because your Internet-based VoIP system includes a secure private connection to our Unified Communications network, ACI guarantees and agreed upon end-to-end voice quality.

Can I retain my existing phone numbers?

Yes. You can retain all existing numbers you currently control by transferring them on to our Unified Communications network. ACI Solutions will coordinate with you and your carrier to get your numbers transferred over. There will not be any disruption of service during this integration process.

Can I use my existing Cisco equipment?

Yes. IntelliVoice, our recommended VoIP system, comes with multiple options and can integrate within your current Cisco architecture.

Do I pay for feature upgrades?

No.  All software upgrades are included in your service at no additional cost. You can also upgrade your hardware, as needed, for a discounted rate.

Do you install and coordinate all activities?

Yes. Cisco-certified IntelliVoice technicians will install your service within the agreed upon timeframe. You will also be assigned a dedicated IntelliVoice Project Manager (iPM) who will coordinate all installation and project activities. They will act as your point of contact to ensure you and your team experience an easy transition inclusive of any necessary training.

Do I need to pay for maintenance?

No. Your service includes Move, Add and Change (MAC) actions, as well as monitoring and maintenance of your IntelliVoice network. And when the time comes for you to upgrade, we’ll be happy to discuss additional options with you.
